We are looking for a customer-oriented representative, a CSR who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and set up appointments as well as resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genially excited to assist customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The goal is to respond efficiently to customers' appointments, and inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
